Quality Contents is a contents restoration specialist. We don't dry structures, tear out drywall, or rebuild. We handle everything inside the building — and we handle it as though someone is going to ask us to account for every item, because they will.

Who we are

The company other restoration firms call.

Most restoration companies in the Phoenix area are structural firms with a contents division bolted on. Contents ends up as a line item, handled between the jobs that pay better. That's why belongings so often get written off rather than restored.

We went the other way. The crews, the trucks, the cleaning rooms, the ozone treatment, the freeze-dry capability, and the storage all exist for one purpose. When a mitigation company has a house full of belongings and a structure to dry, we're who they call for the contents half.

We work across Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Queen Creek, Sun Lakes, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Apache Junction, and Maricopa, from our facility on North Washington Street in Chandler.

Photographed, numbered, and written into an inventory before it moves. You get a copy. If you want to know where something is three weeks later, we can tell you.

Writing contents off is faster and easier. We try to save things first, and when something genuinely can't be saved we document it honestly rather than quietly binning it.

You're dealing with an insurance claim during the worst week of your life. We explain what happens next in words that don't need translating.

IICRC certified, bilingual, and available at 3am.

IICRC certified. Trained to the industry's restoration standard — the same standard your insurance adjuster works from, which keeps claims moving instead of stalling on documentation.

English and Español. Our crews are fluent in both. In a household already dealing with a fire or a flood, nobody should also have to navigate it in a second language.
