Not every loss requires a pack-out. When damage is limited, we bring the cleaning to you — contents and structure — and your belongings never leave the property.
Overview
A pack-out is the right answer when a home is uninhabitable or the contents load is heavy. It is the wrong answer when the damage is contained to a room or two. Moving everything you own out of the house is disruptive, and it is not always necessary.
Where the situation allows it, we set up and clean in place. Contents are cleaned, deodorized, and returned to position, and affected structure surfaces are cleaned at the same time. You keep your things, and the job is usually finished faster.
Your belongings stay where they are. No inventory, no truck, no waiting for a pack-back date.
Walls, ceilings, hard surfaces, and the contents in the room are treated in one visit rather than two separate jobs.
If on-site cleaning won't get the result, we say so. Recommending it when it can't work just costs you a second job later.

It comes down to how far the damage travelled, how porous the affected contents are, and whether the home is livable during the work. Light smoke in one room with mostly hard-surface contents is a strong on-site candidate. Heavy soot throughout a home with upholstered furniture and textiles usually is not. We walk the property and tell you which one you're looking at before anything is committed.
